iGrowth Marketing provides specialized marketing consulting and strategy services for the iGaming industry. Our services include player acquisition strategies, conversion optimization, compliance consulting, and performance marketing guidance.
Here's the deal: We're advisors, not operators. We don't run casinos, process payments, or handle player funds. We help casino operators market smarter and convert better.
2. Client Responsibilities
When you work with us, you're responsible for:
- Maintaining all necessary gambling licenses and regulatory compliance in your operating jurisdictions
- Ensuring your marketing materials comply with local advertising laws
- Implementing our recommendations in accordance with your legal obligations
- Providing accurate information about your business operations and target markets
- Paying invoices on time according to agreed payment terms
We'll give you the strategy. You own the execution and compliance on your end.
3. Intellectual Property
All strategies, frameworks, reports, and materials we create for you remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. You get a license to use them for your business - not to resell or share with competitors.
Any proprietary methods, tools, or systems we develop (like our iGrowth Framework) stay ours. That's how we keep delivering cutting-edge strategies to all our clients.
4. Confidentiality
We take your business secrets seriously. Any proprietary information you share - player data, revenue figures, acquisition costs - stays confidential. We won't share it with competitors or use it in public case studies without your explicit written permission.
Same goes for you: Our strategies and methodologies are confidential. Don't share them outside your organization.
5. Results and Guarantees
Let's be straight: We provide expert strategy based on 10+ years of iGaming marketing experience. We can't guarantee specific results because marketing performance depends on factors outside our control - your product, competition, market conditions, budget execution.
What we do guarantee: Proven frameworks, data-driven recommendations, and strategic guidance that's worked for dozens of operators.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for services in the 12 months before any claim. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses from implementing our recommendations.
You're responsible for ensuring any marketing strategies comply with your jurisdiction's gambling regulations.
7. Termination
Either party can terminate services with 30 days written notice. You'll pay for work completed through the termination date. If you terminate early, any upfront payments for incomplete work are non-refundable.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes get resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. We'll notify active clients of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
